#বন্ধুর অষ্টম শ্রেনীর মেয়েকে অপহরণ ও বিয়ের দাবীঃ
সবাইকে যার যার অবস্থান থেকে বোনটিকে উদ্ধারে এগিয়ে আসার উদাত্ত আহবান জানাচ্ছি।
ঝালকাঠি জেলার কাঠালিয়া থানার মরিচবুনিয়া থেকে বিগত ২৬/১০/২০১৮ সালে নিরাঞ্জন হাওলাদার(৪০)এর অষ্টম শ্রেণির পড়ুয়া মেয়েকে পুর্নিমা রানী( ১৩)অপহরণ করে তারই ঘনিষ্ঠ বন্ধু মোঃ শহিদুল ইসলাম বুলেট(৪৫) (বুলেট শহিদুল) ও অজ্ঞাতনামা কিছু সন্ত্রাসী। তার বাবা বাদী হয়ে ২৮/১০/২০১৮ তারিখে ৭ জনকে আসামী করে কাঠালিয়ায় থানা এজহার দায়ের করেন।কাঠালিয়া থানা জি আর নং-০৯/১০২ এবং মামলা নং-৯(১০)১৮।অতীব দুঃখের বিষয় আজ দীর্ঘ প্রায় চার বছরে প্রশাসন মেয়েটিকে উদ্ধার করতে পারে নাই। ১ নং আসামীকে গ্রেফতার করলে তিনি করোনকালীন সময় মহামান্য হাইকোর্টের বিচারক রেজাউল করিম ও জাফর আহমেদের দৈত্ব বেঞ্চ এক বছরের জামিন মঞ্জুর করেন।
ভিকটিম উদ্ধার না হওয়া সত্বেও আসামীর জামিন মঞ্জুর হওয়ায় ভিকটিম পরিবার অসন্তোষ ও মানসিকভাবে ভেঙে পড়েন।এক নং আসামী বহুবার মেয়েটি তার নিকট আছে বলিলেও প্রশাসন গাফিলতির কারনে মেয়েটিকে উদ্ধার করতে পারেন নাই বলে পরিবারটি অভিযোগ করেছেন।
পরবর্তীতে ৬ জন আসামীর নাম বাদ দিয়ে পুলিশ ১ নং আসামীর নাম অন্তভূক্ত করে মামলটির চার্জশিট প্রদান করেন। যা অত্যান্ত দুঃখজনক।
এ অাসামী মেয়েটিকে বিয়ে করেছে মর্মে কোর্টে হলফনামা দাখিল করেছে, যেখানে ভিকটিমের জন্ম সাল দেখানো হয়েছে ১৫/০৭/৯৯ অথচ তার বাবা ও মায়ের বিয়ের তারিখ- ০৩/০১/২০০২, আর আসামি যদি মেয়েটিকে বিয়ে করে থাকে তাহলে মেয়েটি তার হেফাজতে আছে, তাহলে পুলিশ কেন তাকে উদ্ধার করে আদালতে হাজির করতে পারে নাই। যা ন্যায় বিচারের পরিপন্থী।
এ বিষয়টি নিয়ে আমি প্রশাসনের বিভিন্ন স্তরে কথা বলেছি, তারা বিষয়টি দুঃখ প্রকাশ করেন এবং আন্তরিকতার সাথে দেখবেন বলে আশ্বস্ত করেছেন।
তার নাবালিকা মেয়েটি এখন কেমন আছে, কার কাছে আছে এটা তার পরিবার জানে না,সেই সাথে মামলা প্রত্যাহারের জন্য আসামীদের অব্যহতভাবে ভয়- ভীতির মধ্য পরিবারটি উৎকন্ঠা ও নিরাপত্তাহীনতার মধ্যে দিনযাপন করছেন।
বাংলাদেশ হিন্দু পরিষদ কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির পক্ষ থেকে অতি সত্বর মেয়েটিকে উদ্ধার করতে প্রশাসনের দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করছি।

Kidnapping and marriage of a friend’s eighth grade daughter Purnima Rani (13) abducted the eighth grade student of Niranjan Hawladar (40) from Marichbunia of Kathalia police station of Jhalokati district on 26/10/2017 and her close friend Md. Shahidul Islam Bullet (45) (Bullet Shahidul) and unknown. Her father became a plaintiff and on 26/10/2018 filed a complaint against 8 people in Kathalia police station. Kathalia police station GR No. 09/102 and case no.9(10)18 .When the No. 1 accused was arrested, he was granted one year bail by the bench of Hon’ble High Court Judges Rezaul Karim and Zafar Ahmed.
The victim’s family was dissatisfied and emotionally broken as the accused was granted bail even though the victim was not rescuedThe family has complained that the administration could not rescue the girl due to negligence even though the number one accused repeatedly said that the girl was with her.
Later, the names of 6 accused were removed and the police included the name of the 1st accused and gave the chargesheet of the case. Which is very sad.The accused has filed an affidavit in the court stating that he married the girl, where the year of birth of the victim is shown as 15/08/99 but the date of marriage of his parents is 03/01/2002, and if the accused has married the girl then the girl is in his custody. Why the police .He could not be rescued and produced in court.Which is contrary to justice.
I have spoken to the various levels of the administration about this, they have expressed regret and assured to look into the matter sincerely.
Her family does not know how her minor daughter is now, who has her, and the family is living in anxiety and insecurity amidst constant fear of the accused to withdraw the case.
On behalf of the Central Committee of Bangladesh Hindu Parishad, I am drawing the attention of the administration to rescue the girl very soon.
