চৈতি বিশ্বাস (১৭) নামক এক হিন্দু নাবালিকা মেয়ে অপহিত হয়েছে তার দাদুর বাড়ি থেকে কত ০৮।১২।২০২০ ইং তারিখে। ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে সিরাজগঞ্জ জেলার এনায়েতপুর থানার মাঝগ্রামে।

চৈতি বিশ্বাস (১৭) নামক এক হিন্দু নাবালিকা মেয়ে অপহিত হয়েছে তার দাদুর বাড়ি থেকে কত ০৮।১২।২০২০ ইং তারিখে। ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে সিরাজগঞ্জ জেলার এনায়েতপুর থানার মাঝগ্রামে। আসল উদ্ধেশ্য হল তাকে ইসলামে ধর্মান্তর করা – নাম রেখেছে খাদিজা খাতুন ।

অপহরণকারীরা হল ১) মোঃ হযরত আলী , ২) মোহাম্মদ মোকদম আলি , ৩) মোসাম্মত হালিমা বেগম ।

মেয়ের অসহায় পিতা চিত্ত রঞ্জন বিশ্বাস কান্নাবিজড়িত কণ্ঠে বাংলাদেশ মাইনরিটি ওয়াচ কে বলেন ” আমার মেয়ে সিরাজগঞ্জ থানা বেলকুচি মহিলা ডিগ্রী কলেজে একাদশ শ্রেণীতে পড়ে , কিন্তু আসামিরা প্রতিনিয়ত আমার মেয়েকে জোর করে বিয়ে করবে বলে আমাকে চাপ সৃষ্টি করতো । আমি বাধা দিলে তারা আমার উপর রেগে যায় এবং একদিন ঐ আসামীরা ০৮।১২।২০২০ তারিখে সকলে মিলে আমার মেয়েকে অপহরণ করে । আমি থানায় একটি সাধারণ ডায়েরি করেছি , থানার অফিসার ইনচার্জ আমাকে বলেছেন আপনার মেয়েকে আমরা উদ্ধার করে দেবো , কিন্তু দুর্ভাগ্যজনক হলেও সত্য আজ পনের দিন হলো আমার মেয়েকে পুলিশ উদ্ধার করতে পারে নি , পরবর্তীতে আমি বাংলাদেশ মাইনরিটি ওয়াচ এর সভাপতি অ্যাডভোকেট রবীন্দ্র ঘোষকে ব্যাপারটি জানালে তিনি সঙ্গে সঙ্গে প্রশাসনের সহিত যোগাযোগ করেন এবং থানার ওসি মামলা রেকড করেন ১৭।১২।২০ তারিখ বলে জানান” 

বাংলাদেশ মাইনরিটি ওয়াচ এর পক্ষে অ্যাডভোকেট রবীন্দ্র ঘোষ মোবাইলে জেলার পুলিশ সুপার ও থানার ও , সি’র সঙ্গে  যোগাযোগ করে মামলা নিতে বিলম্ব হল কেন জিজ্ঞাস করলে তিনি বলেন 
“বাদী (মেয়ের পিতা) মামলা রেকড করতে বারন করেছে , কিন্তু আমি পিতার সঙ্গে কথা বললে তিনি বলেন  “আসামীর পক্ষ থেকে কাউন্টার মামলার ভয়ে ভীত সন্ত্রস্ত হয়ে আমি অসহায় হয়ে এই কথা বলেছিলাম”  গতকাল মামলা নেয়া হয়েছে এবং আসামি ও মেয়েটির উদ্ধার হবে বলে ও , সি আমাকে নিশ্চিত করেছেন ।  একটি মামলা হয়েছে  নারী ও শিশু নির্যাতন দমন আইনের ৭/৩০ ধারা মতে আসামীদের বিরুদ্ধে মামলা নং ৩/৭৩ দায়ের হয় ১৭।১২।২০২০ তারিখ। কোন আসামী এখনো গ্রেফতার হয় নি এবং শিশুটি উদ্ধার হয় নি । 

বাংলাদেশ মাইনরিটি ওয়াচ উক্ত অপহরণের ঘটনার তীব্র নিন্দা করেছেন এবং অনতিবিলম্বে ভিকটিম কে উদ্ধার ও  আসামীদের গ্রেপ্তার করে শাস্তির ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে দাবী করছে ।

A Hindu minor girl named Chaity Biswas (18) was abducted from her grandfather’s house on 08.12.2020. The incident took place in Majhgram of Enayetpur police station in Sirajganj district.

The abductors are 1) Md. Hazrat Ali, 2) Mohammad Mokdam Ali, 3) Mosammat Halima Begum.

Chitta Ranjan Biswas, the helpless father of the girl, told Bangladesh Minority Watch in a tearful voice: “day the accused abducted my daughter on 08.12.2020. I have made a general diary in the police station, the officer in charge of the police station told me that we will rescue your daughter, but unfortunately the truth is that the police could not rescue my daughter till today”. Later, when I informed the President of Bangladesh Minority Watch, Advocate Rabindra Ghosh, he immediately contacted the administration and the OC of the police station recorded the case on 17.12.20 being case No.3/73 under section 7/30 of Nari O Shishu Nirjaton Doman Ain,2003 (Amended) against three perpetrators.

Advocate Rabindra Ghosh on behalf of Bangladesh Minority Watch contacted the district police superintendent and police station O, C on his mobile phone and asked why the case was delayed.
“The plaintiff (the girl’s father) refused to record the case, but when I spoke to the father, he said, ‘I was helpless for fear of a counter-case on behalf of the accused. I said this helplessly.’ C has confirmed to me that a case has been registered under Section 8/30 of the Women and Child Abuse Suppression Act.

Bangladesh Minority Watch strongly condemned the abduction and demanded immediate action to rescue the victim and arrest the culprits.
